The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Atlantic Marine company is globally competitive and still growing because it adopts modern day technology. I am fortunate that I was able to experience to work here; be a part of the team that produces high quality products. The company offers high salary. Working with different nationality made me a better person because it develop my personality as well. It is very important that an employee knows how to get along with his co-worker to be more productive.

Dislikes

I experience here to work with pressure most of the time when the deadline of the project is fast approaching. I sometimes experience to teach the job for the new hires. The company does not hire a helper for the welders.
