Likes

Despite the challenges reflected in the overall rating, my experience at the company has been quite mixed. The management is open to feedback, and I’ve noticed efforts to improve both the work environment and processes. The team is supportive, and there’s a real sense of collaboration. While there’s room for growth, I believe the company is on the right path and has the potential to create a stronger, more fulfilling work experience for its employees.

Overall, my experience with the company has been positive, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. At times, communication between departments can be a bit slow, leading to occasional delays in projects.
