We have a legendary team of founders who have developed a modern data catalog that fits the market needs extremely well and launched it at the perfect time. Customers really love using Atlan and it's so inspiring to see all the positive feedback from them. Furthermore, the people who work here are incredibly supportive of each other and are genuinely passionate about the company's mission. There is great collaboration across teams, and colleagues are always willing to help. Atlan also prioritizes work-life balance and understands when employees need to focus on family matters. Overall, the fantastic leadership, excellent product-market fit, happy customers, collaborative culture, and empathy for employees' personal lives make Atlan a great place to work.

Dislikes

.... Finding and retaining those types of driven, aligned, people can be difficult. Of course we offer excellent pay and benefits to compensate, but some prefer a different work environment, which is not always evident during the hiring. Overall, the main difficulty I see at Atlan currently is ensuring we have the gritty, dedicated people needed to drive such a fast-growing startup forward.

It's a remote opportunity, that's all make it different from others

- First impression is bad. People here seems in big abyss, they are always sad or busy. I see they miss freshness and tired, due to pressure. - i gotto feeling the stack is mix of little new and pretty old tech. - Only one or two experts overall for workflows, they have hold the power with them. (I see no one answers my questions when asked for.. Hmmm controlled environment) - Devops are always working round the clock, focus of the company seems to be in cost optimisation, which is good, but not organised, felt the top line drivers are not strong. - Everyone is busy all around, and no one helps you or rather I would say information isn't available to you or is not documented. Rather kept within individuals, I felt pathetic 😕, and a serious blocker. - Not a great deal to work here, i would say don't waste time joining here. - Top Line engineers or managers/directors not so great 👎. Except one or two engineers, who are good and know what they do. - Terrible 😞 idea to join this company.

- In short , donot join the company since it has very bad culture. - hire and fire policy even though people have worked extremely hard and delivered results. - this company treats everyone as contractors, and ask them to leave once you deliver. - never ever do a mistake to join this low grade ship. - lot of colleagues have suffered and suffering since 2 years, and most of them left. - For no reason they ask people to leave, and showcase they are low performeres or put them in PIP.
