The only thing I liked about the company was the existence of strong policies and procedures, which was necessary given the history of bad business deals that have happened in the past.

...had to choose me as a target while the senior management was unfazed by this. And, please note - the salary and other benefits are low and the senior most staff only takes the benefit. Please avoid joining this company if you value your career and respect.

... at 11 pm on Saturday night. But they consider wearing seatbelt is essential. But decent compensation makes you want to get a fighting chance at keeping your job. But when you are up against vicious management political game, you hardly stand a chance. A very noxious environment -unhappy peers, 0 trust within team. Manipulated, abide to ones tantrums- or leave. Overall, horrible experience. I wasn't dealt a fair hand.

No promotion, no salary hikes. Environment was good, taken under control when Cherry was leading the infra architecture. Since Anjali has taken over its bad, very very bad. Every month u see a person resigning and all because of her attitude. She treats ppl like shit. And her ASSISTANT SURESH Kumar just does what she tells even if its wrong. Employees integrity is questioned constantly and we feel why did we even prioritize work over life if we had to be treated like this. If these two so called seniors are removed from organization the company will retain a lot of honest employees

Good work life balance. Variety of projects and good company culture.

Dislikes

Salary could be better, but mainly the learning and development opportunities are limited. You learn on a job and not always have a senior who can give you feedback and teach the best practices to you. So many meetings.
