They were not supporting, during the lockdown they terminated employees.And then employees are idle in their accommodation without any payments for months. Company did not pay any penny for their benefits.

... will reach from top to bottom through campaigns/animated trainings modules etc. Yearly job assessment and appraisal or bonus depending on previous year performance. That also transparent through employee web portal. World top # 3 company in Engineers & construction as the survey result from ENR, 2018. Each employee will be definitely satisfied on work.

No promotion, no salary hikes. Environment was good, taken under control when Cherry was leading the infra architecture. Since Anjali has taken over its bad, very very bad. Every month u see a person resigning and all because of her attitude. She treats ppl like shit. And her ASSISTANT SURESH Kumar just does what she tells even if its wrong. Employees integrity is questioned constantly and we feel why did we even prioritize work over life if we had to be treated like this. If these two so called seniors are removed from organization the company will retain a lot of honest employees
