A small startup most unstructured company with 4-5 employees. Company runs on the mood, wish of the owner.There is no job description in the appointment letter hence an employee wears multiple hats of being a receptionist, accountant, office boy, a host who will prepare tea/coffee and serve his visitors. No job guarantee, hence employee gets fired at any point of time and without any prior notice and mostly importantly their dues never get cleared. A real nightmare!!!! Beware!!!!

Beware!!! A fraudster. Employees don't get their salary who get terminated. I doubt this company still exist today or not. Please don't even think of joining or working with this whimsical insane owner Arindam Chakraborty. He still owes my entire months salary.
