Favoritism increased in the company as it grew; there is a particular person named Chinav in the company who has a lot of backing from the backend, ruining the whole culture of the company and making it like a couple spot of the college and not taking any ownership of the work, instead framing the situations like other people are not doing their own work, which is a very negative thing for a company.
