Poor working conditions with autocratic management. Exploitation of trainees and junior staff.No security for female staff / trainee (They asked the female staff to keep their room unlock ) Absolutely unsafe for a female employee or staff

Overall it was a good experience with Athma shakti vidyalalya, this place can be a good place to learn about the treatment of Psychotic Patient and can be good place to learn more about psychology, and to deal with mentally challenged individuals and mainly how to deal in a effective way in an family environment with the patients, because in ASV every patient are treated like a family member and each and every patient gets the equal attention.
