everything is worst here.specially in the Qc dept.Qc manager is harassing too much to the chemist.everywhere there is adjustment.their is no set method or product also.even that condition chemist is working sincerarly but Qc manager dont have value of chemist.she is blaming chemist about the method or product.Qa manager n qc manager are not able to justify any audit observation.they dont have the knowledge about CAPA.chemist is suffering too much in the lab.Qc manager is literally talking about the personal thing of chemist in whole lab.she is implementing time wasting method n procedure for chemist.so this is my humble request to everyone please please dont join Athena company.

I am reading the reviews on this platform for sevaral days and found that some personnel and ex-personnel who are immature and donot want to work or didn't work for the company only can write such comments to express their grudges. To declare to all who wish to make career and want to be value addition ,Athena is great place to work in all depts including QC. only thing do not work mechanically to spend 9 to 6 time. if you are empty head you will get carried away with such bull shit comments to spoil personal and company reputation. It's up to you👍

I have joined here as trainee and now its 2 years i hav been here learned many things, co operable seniors, all instruments are available HPLC,GC,UV etc that will help us for carrier growth. A good company i can say to start up with and job satisfaction is 100%.

Working hours is 10hours so a long time to work and canteen facility is average
