Not a good culture after merging viom to ATC,only politics in this company is goods but not a Good work environment and culture. management is not a transparent.Company policies are good but there environment not a satisfied on BH-JH,

No Rights & No Options Technicians also very lazy, not Skilled. Full burden on Cluster Engineer. work 24*7 , Have to work in Very Hot(Summer Midday Time also), in Heavy Rain also..

I worked in the legal department where the National Head was acting like a Principal in Law College . He was highly arrogant and biased .
