1) Quality of work is poor. Less skill based work. 2) In my profile, work is back office operation. 3) Various people who have been appointed to lead team doesn't know how to write or speak in a professional manner. 4) Worst is tasks given like data entry work after office hours and during weekends. 5) There are no complimentary off or any kind of overtime fees for doing work after working hours. 6) Whole situation has become like a circus.

Can work indipendenly and can take disition according to suitation, Travel and accomodations which provided by organisation was very good

There is more partiality between entity and HR will not lison the issues and support to all the employees...

They are hired Skilled and experienced Employees on third party Pay role . Then u never get promotion and just extend contract. I was on the pay role of Team Lease i have work there more then 4 years. after 5 Years of resigning till the have not released my PF. ATC HR is not taking any interest in Team lease and Team lease is in Bangalore and never pic call for any issues. so work under third party is hell .

Very very bad culture Abusing language of Managers Hire and fire within 3 to 6 month No job security HR will trap jobseekers very smartly. Be careful Ruin your life No work life balance Very bad company Overload Work need Saturday & Sunday to finish No time limit you will be asked for meeting in the midnight

ATC India given the rights to do work from home in COVID19, this is the only one point where can say , I like it.

Dislikes

ATC is MNC but ATC India is only “men driven not process driven”. they are good in this company who has good quality of “ Chaploosi”. Other people are there only because has limited job opportunities in telecom companies right now.
