Good for freshers.PF, ESIC benefits just have started but may not be real, clients are mostly MNC, Shop is ASME certified. Clients are cheerful, helpful. Production and Quality senior personnel are supportive.

...hate you for no reason. There is selective outrage against non family members. Worst salary lowest in the industry,no growth opportunity, over work load no compensation, work time is not standard, no food, no bus facility, accommodation not provided,no concept like salary increment even after one who works for 2 years for them. One would not mind to doubt psychological conditions of Store incharge. Designation is not according to education and experience. Not only these but several major reasons are there for the question "Why ATC India is not growing ?"

Very nice work culture and freedom in work. Good and growing company in Oil & Gas. Management is very supportive also planning and the workload is good as per work requirement
