I have dedicated myself to my role for over a year now, pouring my time, effort, and expertise into the company's success but I have not recieved the appraisal that is rightfully due to me, despite it being a mandatory and integral part of our professional growth. While i continue to perform my responsibilities diligently and contribute significantly to the team's achievements, the absence of a well deserved appraisal has left me disheartened so i have dont any pros in my mind.

I had the misfortune of working for Asymmetrique, and I strongly advise against choosing this company for employment. My experience with them was nothing short of horrendous, as they consistently failed to provide essential benefits and displayed disrespectful behavior throughout my tenure. Firstly, It is important to note that Asymmetrique completely disregards the importance of employee recognition and motivation. They do not offer any appraisals or bonuses, leaving employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. Moreover, despite frequently requiring employees to work after office hours(sometimes Saturday & Sunday also), the company fails to provide any compensation for the extra effort put in by the employees. One of the most frustrating aspects of working at Asymmetrique is the behaviour of the client representatives. They have an arrogant and dismissive attitude towards employees, making it evident that they consider themselves superior to others. That disrespectful treatment creates a toxic work environment and hampers effective communication. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that Asymmetrique resorts to deceptive practices by writing their own fake reviews on websites like Glassdoor, Ambitionbox. This manipulative behaviour further erodes any trust one might have had in the company's credibility and integrity. Considering all these factors, I strongly urge individuals to steer clear of Asymmetrique. Working after office hours and on weekends, The lack of appraisals, bonuses, disrespectful behaviour and the manipulation of reviews all contribute to an extremely negative and toxic work experience. Save yourself the frustration, stress and disappointment by seeking opportunities elsewhere.
