The only thing I like about the company was they provide the salary on time.

We were asked to do over time and don’t pay overtime allowance. Managers are very rude. Don’t provide timely promotions.

The way they attract by calling you to work on on boarding and give you the work of customer support.

They, they don't give appraisal, make employee fool Our whole team have walked more than 1 and half year and in once the April month come, they are asking to come to join office and offering the less pay than interns got 0 growth in this company. Managers like kritika malik is worse never helpful. They are just expecting to every one to directly resigns. By asking to come to noida, without any giving appraisal and notice

My manager is good but not every person is not good and they dont have knowledge about anything and they are our senior and if we ask or suggest something they scolded us

they never approve your own leave even if you are sick i was in admitted in icu and they not approved my sick leave they are so cruel and HR is so idiotic person they don't reply us if we have doubt and anything

The flexibility in terms of working hours and work days , u can literally work as much and whenever you want to work. The model which provides work from home.

There is no fixed salary, everything is commision based

It's ok ...But parameters are complicated ...And sometimes we can also face some casualties which can effect our work ...Which can reduce our perameter
