Working at Astro-Vision is a delight. They are welcoming and are more employee friendly. The managemenr do seek employees' feedback and suggestions and also take every measures to resolve their concerns. The company is evolving and expanding and management is ensuring transparency in the process. The HR team is commendable for being employee friendly. From the day I was interviewed and selected to.the day I relocated and moving forward to the current day, the HR team has been in constant touch with me and are concerned about my stay and how I feel about my work. My team is also supportive and friendly and is managed by a supportive manager. Astro-Vision values employees for their talent, hard work and positive contributions and take every measure to retain employees who are an asset to the company which is rare nowadays as most companies only look forward to let go of senior employees irrespective of tbeir contributions and this is exactly the reason why we have employees who have been with the company since its inception in 1984. I know about Astro-Vision since 2010 but have only started working with them since Sept 2020 and for me Astro-Vision has changed my perspective. I am delightes to work with such a good team. Thank you for giving me this opportunity
