...ncrement at all no yearly bonuses and on top of that extremely delayed salaries. People are not getting paid for months, they cut the salaries by percentage committing to pay later but then has the audacity to deny payment. If you ask too much they simply fire you. The CEO has no compassion for the employees who are working so hard everyday. The company has no proper HR system. There’s no payment for extra time. People are working without their salaries being paid with no compensation for the delays. People are getting evicted from their homes, etc. but all the company cares about is getting the job done on time without even caring to ask or check for the effected employees well being. If you join this company you will lose your mental health and peace. They are promoting people who absolutely is ill fit for the position and demoting or firing deserving employees. Nothing is good about working here. Sick management, rude CEO using his employees as free workers.

the owner jeff bordes is a womaniser constantly using hire and fire and delayed salary payout to make the all woman team surrender to his desire no work culture no quality managers ( the managers are best known as bed partners ). no job security. jeff lacks vision about how to run the company - always busy with activities not conducive to owner integrity if you perform you shall be pulled down by his henchman women managers
