No Promotions, very much politics. If you know higher management people then your growth will be more like Salary, promotions, on-site etc. otherwise very poor growth. Very Bad Management nowadays.

While the company is doing extremely good the compensation policy is not as good or comparable to the market. The company mainly for new comers is a great learning platform with a lot of focus on Learning and Development. However, as a policy the organisation believes in benchmarking the Compensation at a maximum of Industry average or below it.

Good place to work.. more then salary the other perks like cab, shift allowance, internet reimbursement, food and team dinner rocks. Its been 5yrs for me now

...the key to survive here. Best place to learn, they develop skills of employees. They pay you well sometimes better than market. Culture will be good we all are always treeated with respect. Each employee well being is taken care of. Its a good place to work and learn

All organisation has a problem. In here growing in career takes time as no of departments are less. And hiigher archy is very simple structured. Also products are less. And man power is comparitively less. And sometimes when we are not upto company needs some maybe given time to leave organization. Still they are given opportunity to develop themselves . Thats a good part of Az policy. Overall Astrazeneca is one of the best organization to work for. I have spent many years in here.
