... luxuries and biased treatment for only lady employees is way too much here. 4. HR Crooks - Without any notice the management decided to take away all of our Variable Pay(VP) money from employees by modifying the policy to deny VP for the employees who resign or separated on the date when the VP is credited into your account. Yes you read it right, not even prorating some % every month, its a complete washout. No opinion sought, simply they executed this draconian policy midway into appraisal cycle just to arrest the attrition. So if you were working hard thinking you will receive the VP declared to you in the CTC you are just wrong. 5. No Onsite - If you are a bootlicker to your onsite manager and in very rarest of rarest case you might get onsite. 6. Lethargic mindset - most of them will not work or maintain the process even if you escalate to their leads, complete govt employee mindset. By this you would have got idea how useless the HR and their Teams are, many other things are there but I think this will sum up! Once which was an fantastic and a proud company to work has now been started to go down due to a low grade HR team.

Initially lot of freebies were offered, but now, I feel they have reduced. Free transport, lunch are bonus points

Salary normalization is quite high and we need to bargain hard to get the expected salary. Multiple projects needs to be handled at the same time, resulting in average work-life balance

Senior management and leadership are bunch of sitting ducks waiting for retirement. They simply dont perform and doesnt encourage or like people who performs. Their only skill is Politics only. In 2021 year end they laid off a quarter of workforce even if they are performers.
