The company mainly for new comers is a great learning platform with a lot of focus on Learning and Development. ...the key to survive here. Best place to learn, they develop skills of employees. They pay you well sometimes better than market. Culture will be good we all are always treeated with respect. Each employee well being is taken care of. Its a good place to work and learn

Dislikes

All organisation has a problem. In here growing in career takes time as no of departments are less. And hiigher archy is very simple structured. Also products are less. And man power is comparitively less. And sometimes when we are not upto company needs some maybe given time to leave organization. Still they are given opportunity to develop themselves . Thats a good part of Az policy. Overall Astrazeneca is one of the best organization to work for. I have spent many years in here.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
