While the company is doing extremely good the compensation policy is not as good or comparable to the market. The company mainly for new comers is a great learning platform with a lot of focus on Learning and Development. However, as a policy the organisation believes in benchmarking the Compensation at a maximum of Industry average or below it.

Salary growth is too slow and..worst management especially covid time thay treat us like animals . thay didn't give permission to enter canteen thay banned us. It's hurts more not only for me .

Need more opportunity where an employee can show individual skills and talents. Proper talent recognistions required.
