Initially lot of freebies were offered, but now, I feel they have reduced. Free transport, lunch are bonus points

Senior management and leadership are bunch of sitting ducks waiting for retirement. They simply dont perform and doesnt encourage or like people who performs. Their only skill is Politics only. In 2021 year end they laid off a quarter of workforce even if they are performers.

While the company is doing extremely good the compensation policy is not as good or comparable to the market. The company mainly for new comers is a great learning platform with a lot of focus on Learning and Development.
