...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

IT Issues, Unrealistic Target Pressure, TSM are just like Sandwich. Less Salary Growth, Good Incentives slab but its Equal for everyone things should be Equity not Equal . (High contribution Sales area is not able to earn a single penny of incentive after struggling a-lot , but low contribution area sales people are earning incentives in Lakhs it demotivates employees) . I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
