Job Security, Lower salary and high pressure and the managers have full time to enjoy and gossip time and always saying to employs we can fire you - nikal do inhe - this is the managers skills keep going high - Managers are always demotivating to the lower working employs

IT Issues, Unrealistic Target Pressure, TSM are just like Sandwich. Less Salary Growth, Good Incentives slab but its Equal for everyone things should be Equity not Equal . (High contribution Sales area is not able to earn a single penny of incentive after struggling a-lot , but low contribution area sales people are earning incentives in Lakhs it demotivates employees) . ...helpful & supportive And management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
