...while staying out you would be questioned in a way such that you did blunder. Everytime they will point out that, you receiving conveyance you receiving salary why don't you do Collection? (Covid Period too) All the sales people in this company would be considered as a parasites. Even they won't get EPF ESI benefit. They can terminate you without notice, but you can't put paper just like that. The moment you put papers they start abusing you. In a nutshell a good product is in the hands of quacks.

I prefer it is best to search another job rather than working here .The CEO Mr Bhaskar Rao is a fraduster he will dupe money of employee and he won’t pay salaries on time and the biggest irony is there are no benefits to employees like Provident fund and medical insurance it’s a black listed company . I felt regret after joining the company I urge who want to make a career it’s not a good place to go

There is not planning at all to the company and 0% employee benefits no Provident fund , medical insurance etc

Do not accept offer to work in this company, Intially few month got salary on time. It is such a worst company, they did not have any emotion while kicking you out of company.

Nothing is preplanned immidiate planing happens and implimented in respect with sales policy, payment policy. Few month got salary in time, afterward crises happend salary stopped.

1) My team lead Mr. Vijay is very supportive and friendly in his nature. He doesn't show his seniority towards me in any type of situation. I always feel comfort to work under him. 2) Work culture is very good. 3) Management is also very supportive towards their employees. 4) I hope that the company should bring more new policies which will help in terms of employees welfare. 5) Overall it is one of the best company which i loved to work for it.

Salary is good but i feel the growth of my career is slow.

It's kind of cool and calm environment, without much pressures.

Dislikes

Awkward thing is they more interested to take new employees for less package, than taking good care of existing ones. They have terminated almost 10 of my colleagues including me without paying dues of two months which feels totally unethical.
