Culture is very bad, you won't get any support from your manager if you are in trouble. Upon joining you will get to know that there is lot of benefits but all are fake that means you won't get in actual. Job security is a serious problem here even managers are told to resign in a day and said to leave.

I have been working with this company and it is great organisation to be a part of. The company maintains excellent policies and procedures, with strong emphasis on work life balance. The management is highly supportive and provides guidance when needed. The company has result driven culture, if you deliver quality results, you receive substantial support and benefits. However, for those who do not meet performance expectations, the company provides opportunity for improvement. Overall, it's a fair and motivating workplace that encourages growth and rewards hard work.

This was a company that I was instrumental in setting up. The policies and practices during my stint were as per industry best standards. The original team members were handpicked and were all dedicated and committed. I am not aware of the current situation as there have been major changes in management and owners' attitudes. It used to be a good company.

Dislikes

Unprofessional severance procedures and exit practices and attitude of the owners, when an employee leaves. This sends a wrong signal to the marketplace.

The company is a part of Astra Polymer. It's corporate office is in Damian, Saudi Arabia. It is open to innovation and has adopted latest technology. I like employees rehire policy.

Work place is to far away from living place.
