It's a very good for explore your knowledge in your field and brilliant employees in this company. Moreover in the company all employees are behave very very friendly so all over this company's experience is brilliant, excellent from my side.

Dislikes

I think I didn't like it's canteens facilities, and I think it's bus transportation is not like bcz bus not came to my area like Sola, gota cross road so I didn't like it otherwise it's transportation is brilliant.

So many things are there to learn from different department. Co ordination is good among all departments. Increment of employees are also good As Astra Life Care is export oriented So there is brighter future of it . Being part of it's organization I feel very good to be an employee of the same.

Dislikes

Facility for keeping mobile of employees at gate not provided by Astra Life Care.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
