Work environment is toxic. They lie a lot during induction, on their website. Truth is company run by bunch of old friends. Which leads to a lot favourism. No hiring process, it's just on their will to whome they want to hire. No work culture.

They will not give you salary. And there is slave name is JUGNU unfortunately he is the manager I don't know who made him but he was doing slavery in ienerzier earlier but now he wants all employees to be slave

Kulbhushan HR Head is a disgusting and pathetic person, he dont know the interview process, favourism is very high, Astra is not a great company to grow, after getting the offer letter and waiting for more then 1 and a half month on the day of joining and giving more then 4-5 times introduction they found that i m not fit for the job, their hiring process is pathetic. if they took the interview in a proper way then my 1 and half month will not get wasted. Please guys dont try for this company otherwise they will kick you out at any time with no reason. Kulbhushan, Kunal, and Training incharge Rohit are not good persons, stay away from this company.

So the Director is having an affair with the manager(f). A lot many complaints have been raised against her to the management but the director always saves her. CEO is blind to all the internal politics that happens, he doesnot take any action against the people causing trouble. Many people have left because of these politics and many will leave. HR is non responsive, slave to the directors doesnt take any action. No job security is there. Very toxic work culture.
