...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ry cheap minded and have zero sense of understanding the issues of employees. Salary will never come on time, it will come after a month and sometimes even 2 months. Will never recommend it to any one whether they are unemployed or not because if you join, you will still remain unemployed.

This Organization is evolving and soon will be one the finest working environment minus politics and ill treatment of employees, they are good pay masters as well. Team efforts and right supervision delivers high quality product line. I love every bit of experience I gained.
