Company give training of New youths through" NEEM Trainee"CONTRACTOR in which job security is ZERO,training period is long ( 2 year or more), Company facility Middle, Middle level work culture,Bus facility good, future career fully depends on HR mind view, training salary low with few leaves day.

Job security has not for NEEM TRAINING employees,Company provides trainee on contract Pay Roll, No helthy food provide in canteen for morning time(breakfast) ,local language use in company,No encourage provide for working of new NEEM TRAINING employees all working rights give to senior person of company . Helth and insurance policy not provide by company to Neem trainee employees. NO uniform provide at time to NEEM Trainee employees . Transport facility is good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...ompany/department are very good and helpful nature. Company policy is very good. No any problem for leave, holidays or salary. Most important thing is this every Sunday be company off. and according to your performance company give you permotion . So is very good.

1st of all company canteen staff behaviour is not good. And 10₹ pay for breakfast. This is not seen in other company.
