My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

i love the fact and i do work five years in ECP division in kolkatta , Assam , Jharkand, and Andhra Pradess I am compleat my projects in west bengal also and we work happely on collaboration . I also like the employee re -hire policy here very much care to the employe and very well care also

compensation is decent and work pressure in the year ending time i worked about 12 to 18 hours and also sleep many many times at site and i recived misappropriation emails also from my superiors very well behave to the staff and care also so over all this company is so good and quality .

My first job is in aster teleservices pvt. Ltd. At Bihar area, superiors can't respond to problem at sites and the person who may go he is responsible. In charge of such areas may proper communicate with site engineers.

Dislikes

I don't know why they terminated me. When I am in Karnataka region I went for checking of towers, I given good report but they said u doesn't went to site and giving report. In any tower the painting is major problem no one can do any thing.if it may repainted it also same. Thanking you
