A lot of favoritism in the school. Just two qualities required for a job and salary hike - 1. You have to be Bengali 2. you have to be beautiful. The principal and VP don't know how to run a school. No planning at all. Zero level of appreciation and exposure to teachers, they don't want us to take part in any training. Overall worst Principal (Mrs. Sangeeta ) and VP (Manju Rani) I have ever seen.

School has maintained a standard for itself and has good reputation in society.

Too much office politics, toxic work environment, too much work pressure make the teachers do all sort of work which is not even related to teaching.

Excellent work environment. Management and staffs are very co operative. Mentors are also supportive. A workplace which provides plenty of opportunities to learn new skills. Encourages career development and offers gesture of appreciation.

I work at Aster, KP5. Work environment is good. Co workers are friendly, but the higher authorities are very bad at decision making. All the decisions are last moment causing trouble to teachers as well as parents.
