No work like balance. Weekly off will be cancelled. Pressure. Poor management towards pharmacist from head office. Lot of internal politics. Who pamper their supiriour they got promoted without working and knowledge as well

Everything was Dislikes! My previous review on the company was deleted because each and every point was true!! Because they have deleted with a fear😂 Please note don’t ever join Aster Pharmacy and don’t spoil your career and Resume. Worst Management Worst HR teams they will not even respond for anything. And they will take their own sudden decisions Head Operation he is the worst.

I got good supporting team to explore things and in understanding the business

Dumps unnecessary works on employees which is not related to them. Departments doesn’t support each other to move forward in work they start blaming each other

This company does not have a clear vision.It has frequently changed the top management for uncountable reason.The organization has to broaden its horizons and work effectively for the welfare of employees.Instead of creating hostile environment and recruiting goons or rowdies, it should focus on bringing the skilled and right talent. The system of hiring haphazard managers and toxic culture should be discoursed at Aster.I recommend the chairman and vice chairman focus on quality management,not on hiring goons or rowdies.
