Poor culture, Even in Meetings or conferences Use filthy Languages Even by GM/ AGM Level Never shows interest in solving problems, Rather inculpate Manipulation is very High, covered by wave-offs, Put Loss on Employees - Avoiding Welfare / Appraisals Etc... The company provides good working experience. As the company deals with the operations and maintainence of the cellular towers. The installation of towers is quite challenging. Being part of successful team , as a Trainee i experienced a good working environment.
