As am intensive care unit nurse My team hod is humble person This company has all innovative technologies which helps patient to take all specialized treatment under one roof. All our mangers helps us in improving good skills which needed in our profession , Am happy to be here in aster as my team point of view , Benefits for staffs are very less Work life balance is bit difficult due to less chance to get leave when we require. Some time due to hectic work we may extend our duty hours which consumes all our day . This is my personal opinion its all depends how u perform your work and how you perceive the organization

No benefits and no bonus for staff. Some time work hours will ruin our day

Salary is low but career growth is slow and salry should be incremented per 6 month according to their work

Promotions don't depends on performance else depends on closeness with your boss. No work life balance. Openly preferences to specific demographic region and religion. Too much office politics.

...f Break time,night shift also is there. HR policies and management is very poor.except monthly salary nothing u will get.nothing you will get on Time.i heard news from one of my friend, usually for may all companies appraisal will finish and give but,in Aster dm upto July going to end still they didn't get appraisal.too bad.
