It's really pathetic organisation to work, lot's of demotivation from owner of the company day to day micro management, trust issue, even commitment to client & agents was ignored. Before joining the company, Kindly ask average tenure of outside sales people, you will understand about Hire & Fire policy. Once you joined the company you will realise no incentive & no increment. If you resigned the company then please don't serve notice period as company will not do F&F and also you will not get reliving letter too. Personally I need to lodged the complaint to get reliving letter and form-16, after serving two month notice period company denied to pay F&F including salary. So called lady called her self HR don't even know to talk professionally.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
