Only the thing to like about in Bangalore office is fixed salary that they offer.

Dislikes

false promise by the hiring team, AC doesn't works no proper office & IT infrastructure no oven to heat food no pantry in office toilets are old and nonfunctional some time management is typical money minded travel budget is very low

1) You'll get chance to work on big projects. 2) HR is very helpful and polite. 3) Lunch provided by company at subsidized rate (Not free). 4) Team mates are good, helpful and polite.

...ng some changes in Hr policies also. Which are not in the favour of employees. Alternate Saturday is off but they call sometimes and it will not compensate or pay.

...u have previlage leave in your hand. They shout at you for any mistake you make. The payment of salary is also delayed by 2 months.

Type of work is very good. Which helps us to grow more and learn more. But the amount of salary given is very low as compared to market rate. Sice two years we have not got any increment in salary. I am working here for 4 years and still my salary is just little more than a fresher Engineer. This is really disappointing. Also leaving at 6.30 pm is supposed to be crime. No work life balance. Working for extra time is a bad culture here. This is due to improper management of organization.
