Work From Home is allowed in lock down period and also alternate duty allowed at site which helps to maintain self distance between employee. Gloves, Mask & Sanitizers also provided in office. Over all good experience.

Salary not paid on time also job security point of view there is no security of job at the end of project but in construction field it happens due to end of project.

...respect for employee who served more than 20 or 25 years . Very rough treatment. When an employee resigns he has to pay 3 months gross salary if he cannot serve notice period, whereas the company pays leave encashment on separation on basic salary only, which is not equitable. When an employee resigns he will not receive the salary for the recent month he worked and he will get the salary of that month after 4 or 6 months along with Full & Final Settlement. If somebody want to resign he has to keep a buffer of at lest 3 months salary , if has a job in hand, and the next company permits him to join on or after 91st day

Only the thing to like about in Bangalore office is fixed salary that they offer.

false promise by the hiring team, AC doesn't works no proper office & IT infrastructure no oven to heat food no pantry in office toilets are old and nonfunctional some time management is typical money minded travel budget is very low

1) Salary credit timely. 2) opportunities are given to work on international projects. 3) Skill upgradation program for interested candidates. 4) Supportive & problem-solving higher management

Dislikes

1) Lacking in business /projects winning in various sectors. 2) Unorganized micromanagement, not properly structured in delivery 3) Lacking in IT sector (Adequate resources are not there like softwares , good computers.)

Hard core engineering which is missing after the take over by assystem.

Dislikes

The new management is discriminating between old employees and the new employees. All the perks and benefits are been given to the new ones in terms of compensation and the old employees before takeover are thrown in one corner
