Salary paid on time. Incentives are there. You can learn a lot. Skill development chances are there. Team Leaders are also helpful. Freelancing allowed.

Work-life balance is poor. Tremendous work pressure. employees are not valued. holidays are not properly provided.

Nothing much. Team Leaders are helpful since they know it's a dead-end job. You can learn about various formatting types regarding content writing and the subjects you are assigned to write on. Purely Academic writing, with no creative liberties, helps improve your grammar and sentence-making capabilities. You can take WFH if you are a reliable writer and if the Team leader approves it.

Dislikes

You can't go home if you don't complete your quota for the day. Either you finish the work or resign on the spot, in that case, you are not eligible for salary for the days you have worked. If you take a sudden leave, 2 days of pay will be deducted. Same if you take leave on Monday or Saturday. Deadlines all the time, even if you have just joined 1 week ago. Also, salary is credited very late, on the 10th of each month.

Work from home opportunities, no strict timings. If you can finish your daily allocated tasks early, you can go home early.

...itical aspect of the company that I personally disliked is their leave policies. If you take a sudden leave for a day, your salary for two days will be deducted (DNPL). Even if you inform them about the leave a day or two, before taking the leave, the same happens. You can take one casual leave per month and it is carry forwarded to the next month only, if not taken in the current month.
