Very good work culture and environment for work, I am enjoying my work there because everyone is very supportive and helpful, no difficulty with till now, I learned a lot strategies from my senior's, Management is very transparent and fair.

Salary growth is bit slow, due to Covid 19.,

The company has a subtle yet professional culture. It's more about completing your work in time than simply giving in hours. HODs are kind, understanding and if you are willing to learn; they give you a platform to perform. Politics is highly discouraged in the organization, your truth and work stands tall. I find the culture really cool as compared to many toxic organization's I have experienced where your seniors just cannot afford a competition. insecurity of any kind is a Zero Percent in Assotech Realty Pvt. Ltd. Work load is off and on, so giving hours when required and leaving early when necessary isn't a huge problem; work mustn't suffer.

That one pathetic company with no job security. Hire and fire staff by spreading unnecessary politics. I personally do not recommend anyone if you are hardworking and do not want to waste time in nusense

Indeed seniors are very supportive specially all directors. Working environment is good as colleagues are cooperative. There are many other good things make the working culture healthy and all credit goes to our MD who is master mind behind all of such good things. Jobs are secured even in such tuff time of Covid. I feel blessed while working in Assotech. Entire staff worked from home during lock down period as decided by management in order to stay safe from Covid Pandemic.

Nepotism by a few people. No more projects to work for.

A good company for a junior level post candidates only. Company policies are better comparative to other company & they give good salary in present scenario.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & management doesn't address our issues. Middle management is game changer and likes only buttering. It's really tough task to adopt the culture of company by a common candidate.Challenging job for mid-level employees.
