The company is working towards a goal which is to make the small and marginal farmers of North east economically uplifted. The culture of the organisation is very good. They do not treat everyone as employee but consider as their team members. it is not possible for every one to understand the bigger vision of the company and hence, many people do not like the culture. Regarding job security, if anyone really understands their activities and work accordingly, there is huge scope of career growth in the company.
