...any. The Management is so friendly and the work environment is flexible to work. I love the shift timings and the pay cycle in this company. Management will give full freedom for new innovative ideas and it is a great platform to explore and learn new things. I was working there past 4 years. Due to corana I was terminated without any notice period. No job security. No casual leave, no medical leave. Leave policy very worst.

Nothing at all. If you want to work, don’t expect respect cause they don’t even know the letter R of respect. If you can do Ching chak then you are well deserved for this job. Those have self respect on priority this job will not suit for them. Most importantly they call this company as cooperate, pleased someone experienced show them how cooperates works.

Everything about AASI is terrible. If you want position, you don’t have to be senior. You need to get close with the higher official and do what they ask you to do. If you have any concern don’t escalate. Cause they don’t care also if you have any family problem that’s your problem not theirs. So don’t expect mercy from them

Family oriented company, Everyone is very helpful. I learned so much in getting my aspect of the job done from my coworkers. They were always willing to help me out if i had a question.
