Growth of salary is poorly designed. Poor location as a bad node for transportation. Once defamed, you are ignored for life.

Job timings are good having alternate Saturday off, work load is quite bare able

Not able to learn more.. repeat work . Salary standard are lesser than market. No HR activity no refreshments. Seniors are very dominated.

Its a best firm to develop our skills and knowledge. The Boss and the seniors keeps the environment healthy, safe and don't entertain or nurture the office politics or other unhealthy practices.

There is no such deslikes, but just that the time restrictions are difficult for people who travel through trains, etc

The office has a lot to offer in terms of learning & engaging and we come across diverse set of work experience. For an Architect it is a very good place to start up as it helps to build a very strong foundation. I really appreciated where you could interact with clients & principal Architect directly and gain greater knowledge.

Certain things such as salary/appraisal will need to alter to. Rest all works perfectly well if you just starting up with.
