work pressure is less though they try to put pressure but still it is fine and you have flexibility to work here, if you work or you dont everyone treated equally.

No increment, not good salary and even on top principle keep blackmailing in the meeting that she will deduct you salary and eventually she do, salary is very less you cant survive if you want to live and average life also, it is good for those teachers who's husbands works and earn good income and your salary hardly matters than you can think of this school cause you can chit chat with you staff members and want avoid your mother in law for sometime.

Work environment is ok. Teachers are supportive. Salary is average but ok.

Dislikes

The new head mistress. Usually nuns are are very polite and understanding but some nuns here are very rude. Specifically the new headmistress of primary section.

Likes

Working in this school is systametic and disciplinary. Teachers are innovative and work together for the best results. We focus all around development of the students .

Dislikes

Salary is good but growth is slow. Some unnecessary pressure is there. Working time is fixed.after school no other time is taken. Administration don't give any appreciation in terms of cash and kind. recreation aactivities for teachers are very few. Conversation between male and female teachers are not allowed.

What I like about Assisi is, you won't feel pressure about work l, you have peice of mind and everybody is good, not that much of politics.

Dislikes

If you have dreams and want to do something in life than this is not a place for you , this place is best for female Teacher's whose husband's are working in some good companies or any sector where they are getting good salary and you want to avoide your mother in law and much possible than you can work here cause salary is very less and if you are the main member who earns and you are working here than your life will be hell, you won't be able to survive and as the time passes by the work pressure will increase, timing of your work will increase, your age will increase but what won't increase is your salary.

I like the co-operative environment, honesty , flexibility of work n job security. Its a nice institute to work .

Dislikes

There is nothing like that as such .... for the growth of a teacher more opportunities can be given .
