Its a good work place with high job security. Many job opportunities.
Dislikes
Payment is not satisfactory. In these days every one ought to pay at least Rs 10,000 but my salary is far less than it. Otherwise, it's a good workplace and I like to serve here. But on regard of my salary I am little bit disappointed.
Because it is a Mission and the implementation is made in Mission mode and the healthcare facility to reach out to the needy people is important. So a lot of exposure to learn new things everyday.
