This university never hesitate to take bold steps in applying new technology in the curriculum, i get to learn many new thinks in my 6 years with AdtU

Compensation is not unto the mark. The work pressure is very high.

...nothing... 3 months notice period.. Is way too high. And you won't get paid too. They will not pay you.

It's the worst to work. With... They will make you work, with simple nonsense stuffs. The management believe on one stupid senior.. Who knows nothing.. And he is the biggest dumbest manager ever. don't have any skill set.. only can praise the management and can get promoted with . In this company you will work, but he will be benefitted.

Job security 100%, Team are supportive, salary and appraisal are not good, travelling facilities are good, there is no politics, work environment are superb.innovation and work-life balance are so so...

There was no any dislike about Assam downtown university but organisation have to look over the employees appraisal and their growth.
