...dful of higher officials and trustees, only show-off, but gets all the benefits. Most importantly, the Salary committed at the time of appointment is given only for first few months; after that some technique is applied to reduce salary and reduced salary continues. All higher positions are occupied by unskilled undeserving people through buttering.

Salary structure is little bit low. Promotion usually takes a bit longer than usual. Increament process is fair

...nothing... 3 months notice period.. Is way too high. And you won't get paid too. They will not pay you.

It's the worst to work. With... They will make you work, with simple nonsense stuffs. The management believe on one stupid senior.. Who knows nothing.. And he is the biggest dumbest manager ever. don't have any skill set.. only can praise the management and can get promoted with . In this company you will work, but he will be benefitted.
