This company terminate me without giving me the notice period and warning letter. these types of company use the person like In the beginning it hires the new boys then after working with them, They throw them out of office. There is no Co-operative staff and M.D. of company also. kindly Requested you to all my friends please don't waste the time in this company.

Company culture is very bad.they harash me every day without any reason they're is no job security even you are working in company management.working hours not fixed for employees you can't manage work life balance in asr industry please don't join the organization if you really concerned about your life.

For freshers it's a very good platform to start their careers. Being fixture manufacturers this company has wide variety of core mechanical knowledgeable things. Senior staff is much supportive.

This is project organization, urgency depends on customer requirement, ultimately work pressure varies. HR policies are need to be framed, and the company is working on it.
