Having good brands, Well known company in market, Company culture is good. You will learn lot about the industry after working there.

Dislikes

The important thing salary, Which is deducted by adding several clauses in salary structure. Very poor HR policies which will benefit to the company only. CTC shows the variable part also. But actual is far less . While leaving they will deduct while make a clause of three month notice which is impossible in current working senerio, Performance analysis is also added in CTC, which you will not get in first three months so less salary, then your deduction will be done on performance linked incomed but shown in CTC.And when you leave, They will deduct the full performance linked income as salary if you will leave in two month.So lots of deduction, No such employee benifit and growth in terms of income, You will learn lot from there.That will help you to grow further.

Worst interview experience I had here. We all know we can be wrong but they think they are the only one who know everything specially mr Pritish. I really want to say Mr Pritish and Ms Pooja before giving someone suggestion I think you should learn how to talk and respect someone and their perspective. You want to know something realistic and you find someone's thinking bookies so grow up (not talking about in number) but in thinking. Mr Pritesh wants me to lecture with arrogant tone and was giving me lecture you think things you know only that exist and which you don't know that don't exist. So let me be very clear I have no such attitude surely not like you before judging and passing your comments in the name of suggestions learn the tones. And yes I am not aware with many things and I belief at this stage where I am today everyone has started like this only. But it doesn't mean you have right to disrespect someone. If you don't like the candidate you can simply say that we are looking someone with this much experience and these skills. That's very easy to say instead of disrespecting them with your arrogant tone and thinking yourself a knowledgeable and cool professional. Ms Pooja everyone comes from college reading books and I have personality where I adopt things in "BOOKIES LANGUAGE and may be you think I have you BOOKIES DIALOGUE but I am glad a learnt politeness and respecting people from that book which unfortunately you and Mr Pritesh didn't. Best of luck for people who will become part of your team. Only god can save them from such a disgusting seniors who themselves don't know how to talk and respect and take interview.

Nothing to like about it Pritesh and Pooja the interviewers does not have any idea about how to hire people they are in hiring team and they think they know everything

Bad behaviour arrogant tone does not recommend anyone to go there for even interview guys kindly do something about Pritesh and Pooja even your internal teams are not happy with Pritesh and Pooja

The company is supportive and innovation in technology implementation and team leader and the teammates are well support in terms of business and goal.

Dislikes

Product of the company is challenging but manageable the work pressure is decent.
