Work hours really depend upon the project you are tagged to. Hence this can lead to poor work-life balance Management takes quick decisions to lay off people on Bench or junior employees to reduce headcount. No job security for people on bench. Had bad experience with the HR dept during exit process.

Likes

You can learn a lot. People with good experience and great depth knowledge, you can get lot mote insights on tech. Job security is lot better compared to many other companies

Dislikes

...ominant, always try to downgrade you, take stupid decisions and blame members. Salary hike is very minimal Work life balance won't be good

Opportunity to learn new technology. It is often the technology which is relatively new and the bigger players are hesitant to adapt

Dislikes

The salary split up.. it is in horrible structure where the net salary and gross salary have a general difference of 8k to 10k. People dependency.. in other words if you're good at something they will give you more work if you're bad at something or even everything you can enjoy your life! P.S Forget work life balance. You won't have time to balance work-work.

Management is extremely good. Good hikes Good in terms of treating employees. Aspire celebrate their success with employees by giving them coupouns and bonus. Company really treat you like you are their family. Management helped a lot of employees and their families with jobs during covid times. (Company with great values)

office local policits everyone speaks in their native langugage No recognisition. No work life balance

...l show their true colours after you leave. - Project manager wont do any duties. A BA/Senior BA will have to every work , he will just be there in client calls (this i experienced in one of the projects of JHA) - Very less base salary way below market standards. and hike of 4-6% - Increased Notice to 90 days so that less employees leave, and there is a HR from Kochi who will eventually bully you that you wont get service certificates or relieving letter , due to which employees get scared and wont leave.
