The package I received from aspire was quite good since I did my btech from one of the top ranking colleges.Job security was there in job.Team mates were quite helpful.Hr team was really helpful.

...d of work given and the technologies were quite outdated.Training was very poor.Salary Packages ranged from very poor to above average depending upon the college they hired from.

Management dont respect long term employees. not full filling their salary expectation . If we stayed for 10 years then your salary will be 12L PA. If they hire new employee with 5 years experience then they will offer them 15L PA.

Work hours really depend upon the project you are tagged to. Hence this can lead to poor work-life balance Management takes quick decisions to lay off people on Bench or junior employees to reduce headcount. No job security for people on bench. Had bad experience with the HR dept during exit process.

Security Salary One of the best women. Even you don't work at all. Good for freshers Management If you have a good rapo with manager no need to work at all.

Slavery attitude towards the client No work Life balance in most of the project Long hours Managers never speaks to skip level subordinates Managers can't help you for getting decent hike Hard work candidates will get only good name and they're expected to do more. No promotions for hard workers
